We are excited to introduce LunAI, our new AI Copilot designed to assist you in managing your ticket system more efficiently. With LunAI, you can expect smarter automation, insightful analytics, and a more intuitive ticket management experience. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to enhance LunAI's capabilities!

• We added the feature to auto prioritize tickets based on user-defined criteria, helping you manage high-priority issues more effectively.
• We added the feature to auto summarize ticket content, providing a quick overview of the issue at hand without needing to read through the entire ticket.
• We added a new command /admin setup to configure the bot for your first tickets. This setup will only configure the initial ticket system.
• We added a new command /ticket closerequest to request the closure of a ticket. The user could answer through buttons to accept or deny the closure request. if the user deny the request a reason is required.
• We fixed an issue with the holiday system which not checked the holiday period correctly.
• We fixed an issue with the /ticket panel command.

• We fixed an issue where the ticket transcript was not showing for specific tickets.
• We improved the duration chooser in our dashboard by adding different units and enhancing the UI.
