This release focuses on improvements and UI/UX enhancements to enhance the overall user experience with TicketWave.
TicketWave Bot
- We added some new permissions checks for the ticket category to prevent issues with missing permissions.
- We added a translation fallback if the bot cannot find a translation for a specific language, it will now use the English translation instead of showing an error.
- We fixed some issues with the schedule close system which caused tickets to not close/cancel properly.
TicketWave Website
- We changed some metadata to improve Google visibility for our website.
- We added our documentation to the main navbar to make it easier to find and access for our users.
- We fixed some issues with images (LCP)
- We changed the dashboard title and description to make it more personalized and appealing to our users.
- We improved our sidebar navigation on the dashboard to make it easier for users to find and access different sections of the dashboard.
- We improved the german language translations on the website to provide a better experience for our german-speaking users.
- We fixed some issues while switching languages.
- We fixed a issue that the navbar scrolling was not working on the homepage when the user switched to a different language.
- We added the compatibility for custom emojis in the ticket message previewer on the dashboard.
- We added an English translation for our legal documents (Terms of Service and Privacy Policy) to make them accessible to a wider audience.
- We added tooltips to all features on our main page ("Choose Your Perfect Plan").
- We fixed a issue that the website was in a whitemode which is not wanted.
- We improved the loading performance of our website by optimizing images and implementing better caching strategies.
