TicketWave v1.0.5 - Patch Notes

In this release, we introduced our new voting system with Vote Coins and free premium, added four new authentication steps for your ticket steps and published a lot of new documentation.

TicketWave Bot

🗳️ Vote & Earn - Premium without paying

Voting for TicketWave on bot lists takes about 10 seconds, is completely free and now rewards you every single time. Every vote gives you Vote Coins, keeps your daily streak alive and can be turned into premium for a server of your choice - the exact same premium you would get from a paid plan. • We added a new command /user vote to vote for TicketWave and to see your streak, your coins and your vote counters at any time. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added a new command /user store to spend your Vote Coins on rewards like premium days, a coin boost, a streak shield or a mystery box. Every reward is activated instantly. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added Vote Coins and voting streaks, including streak shields that protect your streak if you miss a single day. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added the option to unlock premium for your server with Vote Coins instead of money. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added an optional vote reminder, so we notify you as soon as your next vote is available. You can enable or disable it with a single button.
• We added a vote announcement on our support server and a temporary role for as long as your vote is active. Please see more at our docs entry

🔐 New Authentication Steps

Authentication steps let a member prove who they are before your staff even reads the ticket. The verified account name and ID land directly in the ticket - and we never ask for a password. Please see more at our docs entry

• We added a Roblox authentication step. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added a Twitch authentication step. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added an Epic Games authentication step. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added a Battle.net authentication step. Please see more at our docs entry

General

• We added a new instant option to the /ticket close command. With this option the ticket is closed right away, without the 5 second cancel window. Please see more at our docs entry
• We updated the translations for all supported languages, so a lot of texts are now more accurate and complete.
• We fixed an issue where the bot could fail to start if a language file was not available.
• We improved our internal translation handling, so a missing text is now reported to us automatically and can be fixed much faster.
• We increased the rate limit of our authentication API, so authentication steps no longer fail when many members verify at the same time.
• We fixed an issue where the bot list overview in the vote message was not always up to date.

TicketWave Website

• We added a new voting section to your profile, showing your current and best streak, your available and total Vote Coins and all of your vote counters at a glance. Please see more at our docs entry
• We added the vote premium to the premium page, so you can directly see when your server runs on premium that was unlocked through voting.
• We added the new Roblox, Twitch, Epic Games and Battle.net authentication steps to the dashboard and to the ticket detail view.
• We added icons to the step type selection in the settings, so you can recognize the step you are looking for much faster.
• We cleaned up our blog by removing old drafts that were never published.
• We updated the translations for all supported languages on the website.

We rewrote and extended big parts of our documentation. These pages are completely new:

• Ticket Steps - what ticket steps are and how they collect information before a ticket reaches your staff: Overview, Button Steps, Authentication Overview
• Authentication Guides - one guide per service: CFX / FiveM, Steam, GitHub, Roblox, Twitch, Battle.net, Epic Games

• Dashboard Guides - step by step guides for every part of your dashboard: Settings Overview, Ticket Panel, Ticket Categories, Transcripts, Analytics, Branding, Feedback, Holiday Mode, Limits & Cooldowns, Log Channels, LunAI
• Commands - /user vote and /user store
• Troubleshooting - what to check when your members cannot create a ticket: Ticket Creation

We also updated our start page, our FAQ and the /ticket close command page.
