TicketWave v1.0.9 - Patch Notes

In this release, we gave our website and dashboard a complete redesign, added a new half-yearly premium plan, made it much easier to get premium for free through voting and let LunAI read much larger documentations.

🤖 LunAI reads bigger documentations

• LunAI can now read up to 1,500 pages of an imported documentation instead of 300. If your documentation is large, LunAI now sees all of it and can answer more of your members' questions from it.

💎 New half-yearly premium plan

• We added a half-yearly plan as a new way to pay for premium. You pay once every 6 months.

🌊 A completely new look

We redesigned our whole website - the homepage, the dashboard, the blog, the profile page and even the error pages. Everything now looks the same, is easier to read and works much better on your phone. Want the full tour? Read our blog post A Fresh Look: Meet the New TicketWave Homepage.

• We rebuilt the homepage from top to bottom. You now see what a ticket panel and the dashboard actually look like before you invite the bot.
• We added a How it works section that shows you how to get started in three steps. It links to our Quick Start Guide, so you can set up TicketWave in under 5 minutes.
• We added new sections for Analytics, Account Integrations and the Web Dashboard, so you can see what each feature does at a glance.
• We made the pricing on the homepage simpler, so you can compare free and premium side by side.
• We redesigned the navigation bar and the footer. You now find the blog, the changelog, our docs, our legal pages and our social media in one place.

🖥️ A better dashboard

• We redesigned the server selection. You now see the servers you already manage and the servers where you can still add TicketWave in two separate lists, and you can search them by name.
• We added a mobile menu to your dashboard. On your phone, the sidebar now slides in from the side instead of taking up the whole screen.
• We gave every dashboard page, from your tickets to your analytics, logs, LunAI and webhooks, the new look.

💎 New premium plans

• We added the new Half-Yearly plan to your premium page.
• Our premium plans are now:
  • Monthly - €4.99 per month
  • Quarterly - €11.99 every 3 months (save 20%)
  • Half-Yearly - €21.99 every 6 months (save 27%)
  • Yearly - €39.99 per year (4 months free)
• Longer plans now also show what they cost per month, so you can compare them more easily.
• We removed the Pay Per Ticket plan, which was marked as coming soon.
• We updated our Terms of Service to include the new half-yearly plan.

🗳️ Get premium for free by voting

Not everyone can pay for premium - and you don't have to. You can vote for TicketWave every day, collect Vote Coins and redeem them for exactly the same premium. We now show you this much more clearly. Learn more at our docs entry.

• We added a free premium section to the homepage and to your premium page, with a direct link to vote and an overview of how many coins you need for 1, 3, 7 or 30 days of premium.
• We added a progress bar to your profile, which shows how many coins you still need for your next free premium.
• We added the short link ticketwave.dev/vote, which takes you straight to our vote page.

General

• We updated the premium comparison table with all the features from the last release, including every Ticket Rule, the new LunAI Auto-Reply and Knowledge Base features, the Ticket Rule log and blocking users from your dashboard.
• We updated the translations for all supported languages on the website.
